These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thetestinggap.com, our social media content, email newsletters, quizzes/assessments, and any digital products or templates offered for sale (collectively, the "Site"), operated by The Testing Gap, an educational and marketing content platform created and operated by Dr. Caitlin Zimmer, DC, FMACP, a licensed chiropractor and owner of Corrective Spinal Care of Texas ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Testing Gap provides general educational content about functional testing, gut health, and wellness. Nothing on this Site — including blog posts, social media content, quizzes, scorecards, emails, or digital products — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship.
Content is not a substitute for professional medical advice from your own physician or qualified healthcare provider. The Testing Gap is an educational platform by Caitlin Zimmer, DC, FMACP, owner of Corrective Spinal Care of Texas. Any clinical care, testing, or treatment referenced on this Site is provided through Corrective Spinal Care of Texas, and you would become a patient of Corrective Spinal Care of Texas — not of The Testing Gap — for any such care.
This Site is intended for users age 18 and older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you subscribe to our email list or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each email; we may still send transactional emails related to purchases you've made.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Testing Gap, Caitlin Zimmer, DC, FMACP, and Corrective Spinal Care of Texas from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
We may revise these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
